We are providing two kinds of Tax Organizer/Checklist, one you can do Online and one you can print off of our site to fill out. But remember we need a copy of your Organizer.
You would need to have Adobe Acrobat PDF to download the Newsletter, nd the Tax Organizer. We had provided for you a link to down load the newest version of the Adobe pdf software; If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our office.
If you do the Tax Organizer/Checklist online, You still need to fill out the Policy and Consent forms n a sign copy needs to be in your file.

- Package One: For Family with more than one child and with Deductions includes the Full Tax Organizer, The Policies and the Consent forms to release documents;
- Package Two: For Single Parents with no Deductions but Day care. The Tax Organizer with the Policies;
- Package Three: For the Singles with no deductions The Tax Organizers and the Policies with the Authoriation form will be in this package
- Package Four: For Singles with deductions, the Tax organizer, and the Policies.
Please remember the policies must signed and return to us with the Tax Organzier.
