It is a requirement that you must have a completed Tax Organizer/Checklist  before you make your appointment.   You may download your Tax Organizer on our website or you may complete on our website.

The IRS will not accept /process tax returns until you have all of your W-2's and/or 1099's in your possession.  

Please advise the Receptionist/Scheduler if  you plan to have more than one individual or family at your home. Each filer must have a schedule appointment. If you plan to have a group meet at your home, make sure you inform us and they are to schedule their appoitment immediately after you before any one else makes the appointment. We can not accept surprises as there may be other clients schedule after you, and we need the necessary time to travel to their location. We give each filer up to 90 minutes to complete a tax return and we want to make sure we have answered all questions. 

It has become our general rule that we meet all NEW CLIENTS at our office for the first time. This is a Safe precaution for our staff.

We would like to advise you that this may be the last year for Home visits if the cost of fuel continues to go up.  We will do Home visits for a group on the same day in one location or town.

 TAX  SEASON HOURS

  January 16-February 29, 2011       

      Weekend Office and Home visits are from 1 pm to 6 pm only      

      Weekend Day (Mon- Fri) Visits are at the Apopka Office from  12 pm to 7 pm.

• Second (2nd) and fourth (4th) Sundays for Seniors & Disable Persons only or groups of 4+ at one location or area-

• Second (2nd) and fourth (4th)  Satuardays are for Home Visits for Groups of 4 or more at one location or in one area

• First (1st), Third (3rd) & Fifth (5th) Satuardays & Sundays are schedule for Apopka office Visits
• Monday, Wednesday and Friday Apopka office Only
• Until March 15, all Tuesdays and Thursdays are dedicated to Businesses ONLY and Faxes that come in.       
• No office or Home visits on January 31 2012
• No officc or Home visits on February 14 and 29th                      

      March 1– April 17, 2011  

• Second and Fouth Satuardays & Sundays Appointments are from 1 pm thru 6 pm
• First and Third and Fifth Satuardays & Sundays are Apopka office Appointments
• Office Hours for Weekdays Mon thru-Friday 12 pm - 8 pm    
• Until Marcch 15, all Tuesdays & Thursdays are dedicated to Businesses and faxes coming in.
• after March 15 Tuesdays and Thursday is available to all
